Greetings from the NOMAD in New Orleans

Posted in News and Events

Greetings from New Orleans!

Last week I traveled cross country with the NOMAD, from Joshua Tree to New Orleans. As an artist in residence at Xavier University I am excited to be participating in the Prospect.4 satellite art exhibition from November 17, 2017 through the end of February 2018.

On November 15, 2017 I will have an artist talk and reception which will include a tour of the NOMAD:

  • Artist Talk – 4pm
  • Opening Reception for the Exhibition “HOME” – 5pm
  • Art, Creativity and Culture of the Tiny House Talk – 6:30pm

Opportunities to view the exhibition “HOME” and tour the NOMAD will continue throughout my four month residency. Please contact me using the contact page to arrange for particular dates.

For those unable to attend, you can see photos of the NOMAD in New Orleans below. This week the NOMAD was featured in The Times-Picayune. Chris Granger took some wonderful photos for the article. A selection of the photos are included below, and you can see the rest on NOLA.com. Click here to check out the article.
